Hello Jotform Team :) ,
Hello, when I tested out a form submission, it gave me wrong results in the submission spot. I selected multiple different card selections, but in the summary, it showed that this person ordered only one type of card. Please help me troubleshoot.
Thank you so much,
Keziah

Hi bewkeziah,
Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having this issue. I sent a test submission and did replicate the issue. I also selected different items, but it's possible that the configuration of the Product List needs polishing. I added a name for each of the HBD card to categorize them accordingly.
This is how it looked like when I sent another test submission.
Give it another try and let us know if you have any more questions.

Yes, the problem is that on the response, it shows the same picture for each selection. Do you know how to solve that? It should have a different picture for each one.

Hi bewkeziah,
Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Please inject the following custom CSS code into your form. Also, please see my screencast below for your reference:
span.form-product-item .form-product-container .form-product-details > b >span[data-wrapper-react=true] {
padding-top: 8px !important;
}
You can check out this demo form and decide which name you would like to input for each product design.
Please give it a try and let us know if you have any more questions.
