we have 2 account the one is a monthly pay but we can not get into it   so we set up a new one and paid for the year

can someone please help up cancel the monthly pay and get out of the system

Thank you for waiting, I appreciate it. I received an update from the Billing Department and the account that was pulled up using the information you provided is gp*****s@***e*****t*****c.c**. They have managed to cancel the subscription on that account plus, a refund of $ 83.66 was processed. It will only take five to seven business days before the refund reflects on your bank account or the payment option that was charged.
