Submitting form is causing my screen to jump in IE 10Asked by IOD on October 15, 2014 at 03:54 PM
I have a few JotForms on my website www.icareby.org. To get to the forms, you click the "I Care" buttons on the Families, Educators, Students, Policy Makers, or Educational Leaders sections and then, via JQuery, the jotForm loads. What's happening though, is that only in IE, when a participant clicks the Send (or Take The Pledge button in this case) the form submits correctly, but the page jumps to the top. I've looked at my code and I don't believe it's the problem. I'm wondering if you all could take a peek and let me know if you see anything on your end.
I checked the jotform in your website and I can actually see issue already when I first see the embedded jotform. The form is cut-off and is not completely loaded on the page
I think there is a script conflict happening between those scripts in jotform and the jquery scripts in your website.
To fix the problem, please try re-embedding the jotform into your website using instead its iframe embed code.
Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
You need to clean first the previous script embedded code before re-embedding the form.
Please try this. Inform us if issue remains even after doing this already.
