I cloned a form and sent it to my group and nobody can submit their responses. Please help!

I was also able to reproduce the message when I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42875893214161
I was able to determine the cause.
It was because in your jotform, and Expiration Date was assigned in the Form Limits
Please clear the Expiration Date limit and it should fix the issue.
