No matter what I do, the email responder does not send a message to my verified or any other email address. The tutorial is different than what can be selected on the actual form.
I need to get this working now! Where is your chat? You need to have that feature in place 24/7.Also, the phone field displays funky. This was not the case when I used this before.

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing regarding setting up your email notification email.
We are currently working on having the Live Chat feature in place between 9 AM - 5 PM, that however has not yet been implemented. Due to the high volumes in the forum the option is not currently available, however we will reopen it as soon as we can.
As it regards to your email notifications, if you using the "Test Email" option to check the email, that will go to the default email on your account and not to the email placed on the notifications. If you sent any test emails, they would be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
To test your email notification, a test submission would need to be done.
I have checked the current notification that you have set-up and it has been set-up correctly.
I also checked email@example.com see if it is on a bounce list and it is not. You should be able to receive the submissions email at that email address.
If you are still having an issue, please remove the current notification and recreate it.
