I upload attachments on every screen requested but they don’t show up on my submission email, only some of them do…. Is there a limit that I need to change? I have it set up to send all the files to my Dropbox account.

I see that you are having more upload boxes on the JotForm. It is supported to have only 25 upload boxes on each form. This is the reason that you are receiving only files with first upload fields into the submissions and rest of the file uploads are ignored.
As a workaround, you may enable Allow Multiple option for file upload field so that you can reduce the number of file upload fields.
