    Hi,

Upon looking into your account, I may need to ask a few questions to identify where the problem might be. May I know if which form you are having problems with? I checked the form ID 42872573424156, and it seems that it has two email notifications setup? They seem to be the same, if it is, this might be the caused why you are not receiving notifications.

I also checked the email you used in the notifications and it is not in our Bounce list.

For additional reference, please do visit the following links below that might be of a help.

    Thanks.

when I created the first one and did a test email....no emails came through...I tried the "verify" route and it won't even verify.

ALSO how do I set the form up so we can take a deposit and/or full payment??

I like jotform...I am new to this and it seems fairly easy even though I am running into a few issues!

    Hi,

I've checked your email settings and it still has 2 notifications. Having 2 notifications as the same notifier will caused problems like not receiving emails, can you please delete the other one and make sure that the fields are filled in or not blank.

If you are still having problems, you may also contact your email hosting provider, there is a possibility that they are having problems with their end.

For your concern regarding payment setup, I created a new thread for us to further assist you, you can refer to this link for that, http://www.jotform.com/answers/444336.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are still having problems after applying the suggested solutions above.

    Thank you.

are you all allowed to call "Us" the client??  if so how can send my phone number privately???

if I wanted to switch from yahoo as my business email...what do I need to do??

and do you all have email for us to set like customerservice@bowtieresumes.com and NOT @yahoo.com or @gmail.com??

I would like to work with one or 2 companies not 3 + if I can avoid it!

Your form notification email setting is correct. But our mail logs return nothing for your email address. Well, I guess this is because you are using Yahoo. If you will check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address, there's a note at the top about Yahoo Addresses and hosted domains. But I think you can still use this method. After adding Mandrill SMTP to your form, make sure that your setting should be the following:

From Email will be use instead of your email address. Meaning, you are sending the notification email from the actual email address that is submitted to your form. This should work. If not, please update us here so we can further check.

OR, you can also use an SMTP from Yahoo. This method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form. You can get the SMTP details here: http://www.serversmtp.com/en/smtp-yahoo (Note: Outgoing Emails per day is applied by Yahoo, read the guide for further details).

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you!

By the way, we don't have a phone that you can call or in general, we don't offer a phone support. You can always contact us through this support forum. We are here 24/7 and can guarantee you an answer within a few minutes or hours.

    Switching:

For switching Yahoo Address, I think that's not going to be a problem for as long as you follow my suggestion on the previous reply. If you need to change your form recipient email address, just please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications.

You can also add multiple email recipient to a form: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients. 10 recipients per notification email, maximum.

    Email Provider:

Any email address will do - from any email provider. We don't have any restrictions about the provider. Email problems are always there. What we can do is to take measures to prevent it from happening to the form. Please follow my suggestion and let us know if you still can't get it to work.

    Thank you! ;)

    Hi AJMILL71,

Please do follow my colleague's suggestion.

Also, I believe I made a mistake above. Having multiple email notification does not make a conflict, you can setup multiple ones. My apologies for the confusion that this might have caused you, but rest assure that we are taking a look at all possible factors causing the problem.

    Regards.
