I'm interested in purchasing a Jot form professional license to manage a 5 year application process.

I'd like to use forms for multiple projects, so Form A responses go into a specific folder where a group of users are alerted.

Form B responses will go to a separate folder B, where Group A do not have access.

Either Group get their own separate alerts for responses and files are uploaded.

Yes, I like to have same system for my user.

Also, if possible, I would like to have two way conversation. Once I got notification on new submission, I like to have a responds area. Maybe some kind of button or text area to type my respond quickly in that email.

    Hi Dylan,

Thank you for your interest in our service. If I may quote, "JotForm is the first web based WYSIWYG form builder. Its intuitive drag and drop user interface makes form building a breeze. Using JotForm, you can create forms, integrate them to your site and receive responses by email."

And to answer your questions, yes you can do a lot of things with your form and customize it depending on your needs. It also supports a lot of widgets, apps and integration to different platforms.
