Email notifications: Notifications sent are empty

    I've been using JotForm for 2 years and never had problems but since yesterday at 10 am, the notifications I recieve for formulry being posted are totally empty !! I need a very fast answer because I'll recieve a lot of them in the next days and I really need the informations wich are in it.

    Hi Camille,

    From what I can see the emails that came as empty were sent over Mandrill. Now after taking a look at your jotform (I presumed that it is ) I see that the jotform is not set to use the Mandrill any more, but there is still an issue of the Sender Name field being not set to any value, which might cause you to not get any emails.

    Now if you would like to set the emails to be sent over Mandrill, please take a look at this Mandrill guide.

    In either case you will need to set the Sender name field either to the be the same as Notre Vom field or as JotForm.
