Feature: Make a half vote using rating fields

How can i create a form with half stars vote. For example 7,5 stars, 8,5 .... instead 7, 8, 9

I was searching which app has it, but none of them has a half vote. Let me forward a feature request to our 2nd level if they can add this to the Survey Tools rating field.

So i must wait for this new feature? How many time?
