My jotforms are missing

You've stated that your jotforms have disappeared from your account.

I inspected your account and only found "shared jotforms". So it currently appears that your account is a sub-account of "kpknoll"

Did you also have forms you created on your current account? When I checked there I did not see any in your my forms area.

If so I also had checked your trashcan but they none were found.

If you have deleted (purged) them permanently then they cannot be recovered.
