I have no forms. I want to see if there was a problem with updates, or billing?

You are currently logged into your account: TransartAdmin which is a Free Account. Checking further your IP Address, you have another account with Premium subscription. Username is: kpknoll. I think this is your main account so please make sure to login using this one.

By the way, since the accounts are using the same email address. I would advise logging in using the username.
