    Any changes on the theme designer won't take effect on my form

    Hello,

    In my form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42876322147962, nothing I do is updating in the preview - for example, font changes, theme colours, etc.

    When I save and view my form, the changes still have not taken effect.

    I have tried clearing my cache and browsing history on both Chrome and Internet Explorer, and nothing has helped.

    Any help would be great, thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting this to us.

    I have temporarily fixed your form with the font you prefer font-family: 'Libre Baskerville';

    I have also escalated this to our developers so they can go with the further investigation. It seems the problem is specific to your form only. You will be informed here for any updates.

    Just to let you know. I'm having the same problems as ebartosh. The new form designer will not change my forms.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your help on this, do you have an update yet?

    I am still having the same problem, even when I try to clone this form.
