Editing Google Spreadsheets

Hey guys,

    I have created a form that will help my company when they are cold calling so that it is easier for them to quickly insert information. However because I had the need for a lot of options in my forms my google spreadsheet is extremely long with the possibility of answers. Is there a function that if something was left blank that it could be condensed? Sorry this is kinda of a confusing question without much background information. I will show you what my form looks like so that you guys can better understand my predicament. I was also thinking that I could potentially do this through the spreadsheet function. Setting the form inputs to an equals function that would condense what I would like to see.

Condense, meaning, don't include it in the spreadsheet when left empty? Or put it into? Or something to set aside when the field is left empty. In general, all fields are included in the Google Spreadsheet. With or without a data submitted to it, the field will still appear in the spreadsheet columns. I think removing the label is possible with a script in Google Spreadsheet, but when you do it, how can the other submissions be put into when the field is not there? 

Also, you will break the integration when any modifications will be made to the form and the spreadsheet, especially, the labels which is on the first row. We don't recommend any modification when the integration is present. Otherwise, there will be a problem.
