How can I recover submissions that I delete before?

I downloaded all the submissions of a form, and then I deleted them. Now I have problems to see the attached files. What can I do? I need to recover the original submissions.

Unfortunately, there's no way to retrieve the submissions and files once you've purged those from the form. We always recommend downloading first the files before deleting the entire submissions or you can keep it to your form because deleting submissions doesn't reduce your current usage. Keeping it to our servers are safe, we can guarantee you that.

Would you mind giving us an example file download URL? Also, when was your last date of deleting or purging submissions?

I have deleted all the submissions on October 8th.

So, I don't have chance to recover all this files?

Just like what my colleague, Welvin, has mentioned, it is less likely that we can retrieve deleted submissions, that includes attached and uploaded files. But, we will escalate this to our back end team so that they can take a closer look to see if they can do something. It's not possible to retrieve the data once it gets deleted already. What I can recommend to you to ensure that you have copies of the files sent through your form is to integrate it with Cloud services available for integration with JotForm such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
