Since the last few days, I have been receiving blank emails of notification from people who have completed form online!
I cloned your form to test it and this is the notification I received upon completion of a submission:
This should be how you see the email notifications. Are the emails being sent but the body of them is blank? Or are the emails not being sent at all? I checked our mail log for the first email in your notification and was unable to find anything to confirm how the emails looked.
If you could screenshot the email your receive so we can get a better idea of what is actually being sent, it would be much appreciated.
However, the body of the email does appear how it should in my tests.

I noticed from your post that you are using Mandrill to send the emails. Is it possible there is something causing this in when Mandrill forwards the email? I noticed that if a template is not properly setup in Mandrill that the email body may be blank. I would check your Mandrill settings first or try sending the notification without using Mandrill and see if that sends the proper email. That will at least rule out Mandrill as the issue. Let us know if you do not receive a complete email through a test submission not using Mandrill and we will see what else we can do. If I had to guess though, it is probably a Mandrill issue. Your notifications appear to be setup correctly though.
Thank you for the quick response... But I did not set anything with Mandrill. It seems you guyz are using Mandrill to send the emails... I am using the default mail sender of JotForm! :S
How about viewing the email by logging into the webmail access of your current email address? I've seen reports like this before and the issue is with outlook, PST file is missing. Someone suggested using this tool: http://www.repairpst.oemailrecovery.com/.
Anyway, please try to re-create your form notification email. Delete the current settings: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder then re-create it: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
