We just discovered two years' worth of submissions that we did not get notified of. Help!
We just discovered a backlog dated back to April 2013. Notifications are supposed to be sent to email@example.com, but that has not been happening. We checked all spam folders, etc. Nada.
We sent a couple of test submissions today, and they DID trigger notifications, but we are puzzled as to why none of the previous ones did not.

I can see some failed email notifications in our email logs. It is probably that your email address was listed in our bounced list. The system thought that your email address is not active or having some issues, so that the messages were not sent.
