Is there any way of ensuring that this unique custom ID appears on excel exports - at the moment when I attempt to export it just says 'unique ID' rather than the actual ID

Hi Holly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you refer to this form. To my understanding, when you download your submissions as Excel, the Unique IDs are not showing up. Correct? If so, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
