Using my Gmail for SMTP doesn't work

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble using your Gmail account as the Email Sender via SMTP. Just to clarify the issue, are you having trouble setting up your Gmail account on the SMTP configuration page, or did you manage to set it up already but you're not receiving the emails when using your Gmail account as the Sender Email? Are you receiving a certain error message or something? If you do, please share a screenshot of it so we can check.
