JotForm is cut-off after using a file upload field

Asked by strassenkatzen on October 17, 2014 at 07:01 AM

    HI jotform-Team,

i have just created my forms but unfortunally I found an error:

Whenever I use a photo-upload widget or the file upload tool the lenght of the form is NOT growing. So after the user has uploaded the files or picts the end of the form is hidden and the user can not see the SEND button anymore.

Please can you fix it? It might happen also with other widgets but this i have not tested.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

The common caused of this issue was due to script conflict that happens between the embedded jotform and on the website.

But since you did not mention if your jotform was embedded on the website, I was not able to check and test on that scenario.

I did check using the direct URL of your jotform  http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42581708318357 but I did not see the problem there.

I suggest that you also try re-embedding the jotform to your website(in case it is indeed was embedded) using its Iframe code embed.

    Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Check if this fixes the issue. Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.
