I did check your account and found that you are added as a sub account user by "ztmanjot". Only one form "Personal Information Checklist" is shared to you with "View Submissions" permissions.
You should not have any issue in checking submission data. I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem.
