Using JotForm Google Analytics how to know which PPC campaign the lead came from?

I'm not interested to find out where form which form on which site the leads comes from.

I need to know through which PPC campaign the lead came

I would suggest to take a look at our Google Analytics widget. It will connect your jotform to Google Analytics so you should be able to track your visitors from start to the end.
