David, None of those are close to what I need,  I am a volunteer in a Search and Rescue organization, so  limited financial resources I need to share project deadlines with folks mainly in the State of FL.

Microsoft has a template but I'd like it online, I can  use in goggle doc's but really like your stuff so why  I am asking.
