We are constantly running over quota on forms submissions, but we get them by email and don't need to store them in Jotform. How do I turn off the storage feature?

I see that the account is now overquota.

As mentioned in our pricing page, the free account is limited to receive 100 submissions per month. The submissions on the form are counted whenever the form is submitted even they are received by email. We cannot bypass the storage of submissions into JotForm servers. Please be noted that deleting submissions from JotForm will not reset the count of the received submissions. If you are expecting more submissions than the limit, you may need to consider upgrading your account or wait for first of the following so that the counter reset to zero. Alternatively, you can also increase the submissions count for free by using GetMore requests.

If you still want to delete the submissions automatically from JotForm as they are received, you may consider using our auto delete submissions app. Please be informed that the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. So, you might need to setup a notification or integrate any storage spaces like Google Drive or DropBox as a backup.

Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.

    Thank you.
