    Unable to log in to my account

    I don't seem to be able to log in.  It is vital that this problem get figured out right away.  Please contact me - by phone, if possible.

    Hi Sheldon,

    I would suggest using the next steps:

    1. go to our login page.
    2. click on forgot password feature
    3. enter your email or username and click on Send Reset instructions

    Once you do this, go to your email inbox and follow the steps in the email.

    I am also having issues logging in and i have tried 8 times to reset the password but i cant seem to receive the reset link.

    I can't get a new password. I've clicked the link about 10 times, in the span of 5 days, and nothing has come through my e-mail. I've looked in "junk" and "spam" and every other folder I can think of. And there's no other way to get in touch with you. My frustration level is through the roof. Please help!
