Sharing a form with the Social Share Widget--Facebook not working

    Hi we are hosting a giveaway and using JotForm for the entries. At the bottom of the form we have added the social share widget, but we're having a difficult time with the facebook part of the widget.

    We have the form embedded on a page on our website. Currently, when we click on the facebook icon on the form it shares the web link, but does not bring up the image that is in the form or the right text for this giveaway. It brings up text from an old contest we ran and the image it brings up is the logo on our website--half of our logo, for some reason. 

    The social share widget asks for a "Title" and "Image" to be used when sharing. We included something for both--however, facebook is not reflecting those items that we included nor the items that are actually on the web link. It's weird because Pinterest and Twitter are reflecting those items just fine but not facebook.

    Since the facebook part of this widget isn't really working, we went to plan B. Which was to create a separate text box and upload an image icon for facebook. We then hyperlinked that image icon to our facebook page. However, whenever we click on the hyperlinnked icon or any link we've added on the form, it just refreshes the web page without the form.

    Need help and suggestions on how to make the form facebook shareable. We have a great image promoting the giveaway that is included on the form--this is what we want people to easily be able to share, not our website's logo and old text.

    As far as I understand, the Social Share Widget settings are being ignored by the Facebook sharing tool. Since you share a link http://prime-living.com/giveaway, the Facebook is checking that link and showing related content on the sharing pop-up.

    You have some Open Graph protocol metatags on your page, and these tags are supposed to be used by the Facebook sharing tool.

    I think that you will need to update mentioned meta tags on your web page to show the up to date content on the Facebook Sharing pop-up. Please check the following links to find out more information on this subject.
