Is there a time limit for a Strict Check submission limit?

Will they be able to come back the next day and submit the forma again? Or does it block them forever on strict?

If the Unique Submission is set to the Strict Check mode, the form will not accept more than one submission from the same IP address. It is a lifetime limit, so they will not be able to submit the form second time using the same IP address.

I would like to add that if you you remove their entry from the form Submissions page, they will be able to submit the form again (one submission will be accepted).
