Recipient's are not receiving Emails

    On my "BKC Escalations" form, the recipient's for the notifications are not receiving the emails.

    Hi,

    I took a look at the jotform and I see that you have 8 different conditions set for sending emails. Please go into the email notifications and try sending a test message on each to see if some of them are not being sent.

    When you click on a test email button, the emails will be sent to the email registered with the JotForm account and you will get a message stating the address and if it got sent from our servers with success.

    Following this you should try all different scenarios set in conditions to make sure that everything is working properly. Sometimes conditions can be set in such way that someone could submit a message without matching the conditions causing no emails to be sent.

    Also sos@sicom.com has asked to not receive emails from us

    sos@sicom.com is IN  the unsubscribe list

    Also in one of the notifier you have this entry:

    Restaurantsystems@whopper.com,  dpabon@whopper.com, sos@sicom.com, kwaddell@whopper.com, SStover2@whopper.com,, jcarvalho@sicom.com, {dmsEmail54}, {gmsEmail}

    Please make sure that there are no double commas in the entries to avoid any possible issues with emails.

    If you can tell us more about what emails were not received and should have been we could be able to know where to look and help you sort the issue out.
