Email notifications: Emails are not received any more

    Furthermore, I can't receive notification email coming from my original form! :(

    Hi Andrea,

    I took a look at your notifications and they currently seem to be properly set.

    I have sent a test email notification, can you please let us know if you got it?

    Hi!

    I've received the test email that you sent, but if I try to complete a preview of my form, I didn't receive the notification mail!

    ....I don't know where I'm making a mistake... :(

    Hi Andrea.

    Your jotform has conditional statements, so you will always need to select "Nome agente" field to be either "Pilolla" or "Anfossi" or the emails are not sent.

    Can you please try setting it to "Pilolla" and testing again?

    Hi Ben,

    is it possible to set a conditional statement that force the form to send for all the submition a notification email to a specified address?!
