I see that you are looking to cancel your subscription.
Your account shows that you were paying it with paypal and I can see you've been queued recently to have this cancelled from our end which is normally done about once a week.
However, you can easily expedite the cancellation yourself on your end by cancelling it from within inside your PayPal Account. If you wish to proceed please follow the instructions below.
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
