total not showing up on form

Asked by quiche on October 18, 2014 at 01:59 PM

I am using a JotForm form for the order page on

    www.phillipsracingnewsletter.com

I don't know why the total button does not show the total amount until you click "submit" which takes you to the paypal page where the total is shown.  I did click the show total button in the form wizard.

I don't know why this is not working.

    thanks for your help.

    Hi,

It seems that you have wrongly embedded your jotform on your website using the full source code.

If you test it using just the direct URL http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42904799279978 of your jotform, it work just fine.

I suggest you clear the currently embedded jotform and remove all the existing source code of the jotform.

And re-embed again using its default embed code. Follow this user guide

    https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
