I've attempted to authenticate my Google account using two different browsers, but the I get a blank page after clicking the Accept button.
Is this an issue with Google or Jotform?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check the google spreadsheet integration and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I tried to integrate one of my form and I was able to do the integration successfully.
I would suggest you to please try to clear your browser cache and see if that help you. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
