How to send notification email to specific address using conditions

is it possible to set a conditional statement that force the form to send for all the submition a notification email to a specified address?!

Yes, that's possible with Jotform.

Here's an example:

Click Setup & Embed > Conditions > Send an Email After Submission

Example condition:

Depending on your requirements, you can create conditions and define the email where you want the notification to be sent when the condition is met.
