I am trying to start a business online which deals with promoting products through the use of banner ads.
this is a payed advertising set up, and to make sure i dont get screwed over i want to build contract agreements for
the people i do business for. can jotform services be used to create online agreements that can be brought to the laws
attention shud my created contracts be violated?

You can create forms and include a checkbox that says "I accept the terms", and you can even add a text field that would require users to enter their initials. But I don't know if it would have any legal authority. You should probably ask people to print the form, sign and fax to you. You can add a Print Form button to your forms.
