    Dear sir,

I've faced the problem with the complain from many people in which they cannot fill {height} in which I have #.## as input mask. This is the required field in which we use to calculate and make conditions.

Most of problem arise when they fill the form with internet explorer.

    Thank you

    Hello wirongrong.chi,

I did test your form in IE / chrome / firefox and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to input values in the field "2.1.1. ส่วนสูง (เมตร)" without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

Unable to input in masked field Screenshot 20

Please ask your form users if they are getting any error message or they are just not able to input any value in the field.

Have you embedded your form in your web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look if there is any problem.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I cannot replicate this error in my computer too. But what have been reported by many users was that they can not enter height, it appeared grey and slow during entering in that field, and after enter 3 digits, and moved to other field, the height field turned back to 1.xx and the red warning popped up stating that user has to enter this field, could not leave blank.

    Hello wirongrong.chi,

    That is strange.

Please let us know the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. Can you please ask your users if the field itself appears disabled?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Sorry, forgot to give this information. I didn't embed the form in any website. I've sent the link to all participant so they fill the form directly via that link. I will try to take the clip of this problem from the PC which have encountered this problem.

    Hello wirongrong.chi,

Also try to find out the browser version with which your users are having this issue with. I am not sure but it could be related to specific browser issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Oh, I just noticed your clip. Normally if you select that option on the first page, it should end the survey and leads to thank you page. It works properly before, but it is not working in you clip and also I've tested it right now. The condition is still there.

    Hello wirongrong.chi,

We would like to keep one question per thread and your last question seems to be unrelated.

Let me quickly answer it here but if you have any unrelated question you should always create a new thread. You do have a condition in your form but it will only trigger and display the thank you message after the form is submitted. In my screenshot above, I have not submitted the form and just went to page number 2 to check the input mask feature.

    Thank you!

For the first page, I have two options. The first option will lead to the page number 2 since it means you are willing to continue the survey. But the second options will end the survey directly to different thank you page since it means you don't want to continue the survey. And the first two conditions are what it says. However it seems that the second condition is not working.

If you wish I can create another thread for this issue. But I raise this because it related to the clip you've made. I didn't know that it's not working since it worked fine before. I just realised after I saw the clip several times.

And if possible I may ask you to look into another thread of mine in which I've posted nearly a week ago without any resolution. The guy who answered this just say OK he can replicate it and will ask the IT to check and gone silently since then.

On regards to the bug on multilingual form, the ticket is already opened

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/445322-

There is nothing we can do, but to wait for our developers.

For an unrelated issue/question, please open a new thread and provide all the details.

    Thanks.
