Why can't I view photo attached by the form user?

My ID is clickeresque. The user of my form has uploaded a photo but I can't view the photo, there is a icon of broken link with the photo.

This has happened a couple of times before too.

I see you have 3 forms on your account but can you please tell us which jotform and submission has the photo that is giving you this problem?
