This is my form.
I did not change anything but in a sudden I could not submit the form anymore.
it stuck at the 'purchase order'

Let me submit this thread to our developers so they can further check the real cause of this problem. I have created a new form and I am able to submit to it without any problems, but cloning your form gives the same issue.
