In my form I have placed 'email' I want the user to confirm their email address on the next field below, how do I accomplish this?

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.
Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available with JotForm. However, I will try to add this to our feature request list and hopefully, our developers can integrate it in the near future.
If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

This is currently not available with JotForm at the moment. A workaround that I would suggest is to add another email address field like the one shown below:
While the above form has NO capability of comparing if the entries on both fields are the same, it will bring into the person's consciousness that he or she has to enter the same email address on both fields, further raising the chances that the email address being entered into your form is correct. We hope you find this tip useful. Please let us know if you have any other concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!

You'll be pleased to know that there's now an option available in the form builder to add a "Confirm Email" field. Please see emrew86's post here.
