Adding form to Approval workflow shows unavailable form

Also - I'm trying to create an approval flow, but It's telling me the form I'm want to select is unavailable because it was already used in a different approval flow. But I don't see any other flows created.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're creating a workflow but it is telling you that the form is already in use with a different Approval Workflow. Please share the Form URL where you're creating the Approval Workflow so we can check on it. Also, share the Form URL to which you're trying to connect and add to the workflow.
