Reset Password Email is not being received

    Please help me upgrade my account.

    Did you mean that you are trying to reset the password for your account but you are not receiving it and then afterwards you wish to upgrade to a premium plan?

    I checked your current email address "anchoragemayorspb@gmail.com" since you are not logged in and it's assigned to account username mayorsprayer.

    Have you tried checking your spam folder? 

    Please confirm or correct me if I've misunderstood you then let us know if you are still having problems with this matter or not.
