The problem is that you are missing the Merchant credentials for your Authorize.net account

Please update it by clicking on the wizard as indicated in the picture.

On Authorize.net account, you must go to the settings of your Authorize Merchant account and get the credentials there.

To fix it you need to go back into your jotform by editing it then select your payment integration and enter those credentials there. Be sure to click next a few times to finish and then save it.

    More specifically, it says…
You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first.

    Hi Nicholas,

You would click on the payment field that you have set up. You would then click on the wand icon. The window to edit your credentials will pop up.

I hope this helps! Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

You need to open your form in the form editor.
Then you need to look for your current Payment Tool and click on the magic wand icon.
Then enter the API Login ID and the Transaction Key provided by Authorize.net

Please let us know if you have further questions.
    Best Regards.

I checked your form Golf Registration and the Authorize.net payment gateway is missing the API Login ID and transaction key:

Were you able to insert them as suggested by my colleagues?

Unfortunately we don't provide support by phone. But you contact us via support forum, email or online support chat.

To find your API Login ID and Transaction Key please consult this guide. You can follow my colleagues' previous directions on how to add it to the Authorize.net payment tool.
