Some entries are failing at the form submission step

    FORMS ARE NOT UPLOADING

    Please advise, 30% of my forms do not upload and freeze at the submit portion of the form.

    The submission process will not be instant since you have many 'Take Photo' widget fields on the form, and the image upload speed also depends on the user's internet speed.

    I was able to submit your form without any issues. Are you able to reproduce the problem from your side? Is there are any special steps? Also, you are getting any errors or warnings on form please let us know.
