I will be using the secure forms on jot forms for my business. I've had the free account for a while. My question is if I go over my free secure forms limit will I have access to the over the limit forms by simply upgrading my account or do I need to upgrade my account before I go over the limit? I've never reached my limit but will be using the system more this year and feel I could possibly go over my limit.

    Hello Sheron,

Please be noted that when you reach any submission limit, warning email is sent to you which will let you know when your forms will be disabled. You will get sufficient time to upgrade your account. If you do not upgrade your account within that time frame, all your forms will be automatically disabled and your user will not be able to submit form.

As mentioned earlier, once your reach your submission limits your forms will be disabled. Your users will not be able to access the form. You should upgrade your account before your account becomes over quota to ensure that forms does not gets disabled.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
