I thought my conditional email was not working but I noticed that it did get sent but only once the submit button was pressed.
Is there a way to send out a conditional email midway through the form without submitting the form?
Thanks,
Lauri

Hello Lauri,
Unfortunately no. Condition to send submission email can only be set after the form is submitted. Please be noted that the submission emails are sent from the back end system and it is not possible to trigger the submission email condition without submitting the form.
Hope this answers your query.
Do get back to us if you have any question.
Thank you!

EFGRANTSReplied on October 21, 2014 at 8:41 AMSo would I need a three part form now? My problem is someone fills out the application but then they need approval from 1 of 7 people depending on their school. So the approval code needed to be filled out by 1 of 7 people and then the once the approval person filled it out the submit button would show up. Do you have any suggestions?

How about creating one form for the applicants and another form for the approvers?
In the approvers form you can include a prepopulated field with a unique id that identifies each application. You'll need to add a link in the notifier that the approvers will receive so they can review and fill the approval form.
Does that make sense to you?
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.
