How to sent to email passed as parameter?

Our customers are filling forms after technical presentation. I want that survey results will be sent to Account manager who is responsible for particular customer.

I want to sent email to customer with URL to you form adding e-mail address of Account manager as parameter.

Is that possible in JotForms?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

You can take advantage of our URL parameter feature. You can pass the email address through the URL which will in turn populate the form field. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters 

Example:

You can pre-populate your form's "Mail" by sending it through URL as below:

http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42891768063970?mail=ash@ashwin.com
