How to require the approvers to sign to approved the approval workflow.

I have created a form that goes to a pdf. I would like the person completing the form to sign, then it will go to their supervisor to sign. Once the supervisor signs. I would like it to go to another person ( the client) to sign. How can create this work flow?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can use the Approve and sign field in your approval workflow to require the approver to sign the approval workflow to approve it. Check out my screenshot below to see my sample.

Thanks for getting back to Jotform. Before we proceed on walking you through the Approve and Sign I want to make sure that this is what you are looking for since you mentioned that the signature will be visible on the form. The Approve and Sign that my colleague showed you is only visible on the Approval Flow and will not show on the form.

Do you want to collect signatures from the user of the form then the form will be passed on to the supervisor then the last signature is for the client? Do you want all of them to have a copy of the form with completed signatures?

If there are other pieces of information that you can share with us to make the question/request clear, we will appreciate it.

Thank you for the additional information and this made the question clear. It seems that the Approva Flow is not the option we are looking for. Have you started a form already? It would be better to start assisting you with the form that you already have. Can you share with us the URL of the form you want to apply? You can follow the guide from this link on getting the form URL.

I also saw a related thread on the question you have, the solution to the request you have is having multiple users fill out the form on a single submission. When we say multiple users, that means multiple signatories. Check out this related thread.
