Email notifications: How to whitelist jotform emails and IPs?

    i am not getting emails from our form submission because jotform servers have been black listed

    Hi,

    I took a look at your jotforms and I do not see any submissions made on them. This would explain why you did not get any emails.

    However since you have mentioned that they are blacklisted, can you please tell me what is the service that you are using that has notified of our emails being blacklisted? From what I can see your emails are set to be forwarded to your Microsoft Outlook WebMail account, are they reporting this? This would help us to see why they would blacklist us and to resolve it.
