Signature widgets: Edit link on un-signed signatures

I have a form that has several signature boxes at the bottom. Once the form is initially submitted, I want a couple of different people to be able to click on the {edit_link} that is sent in the autoresponder email, and then have them sign the appropriate signature box. The problem is- the signature box is disabled if the box wasn't signed during the initial form submission.

So if it was signed initially, they can click CLEAR and sign again in the same box, but any signature box that wasn't signed is disabled and cannot be signed.

    Hi,

What I understood is that you have multiple signatures, and not all are being signed in the initial submission because you will email or forward them to different people who will be then assigned to sign the form, is that right?

I believe you are using the E-signature widget? If the signature is not done after initial submission, it won't be edited using the edit_link, it will be disabled. I believe you can use this one Smooth signature widget, this allows the user to edit the signature even if it wasn't done on the first submission, but please do take note that the user will need to click "clear", for them to edit the signature.

Let us know if this helps.

    Thank you.
