Google Doc & Google Spreadsheet Integration issue

Hi, I'm having this similar issue, the revision did work correctly in my spreadsheed, but not one the Google Doc.

Most important is the spreadsheet so that is good.

The revision did create a new google doc but it didn't reflect the changes in the doc.

Has there been any update or work/around?

    Hi,

What I would suggest is to:

    1. remove the integration that is causing the issue
    2. clear your jotform cache
    3. add back the integration

Can you also give us a link to the jotform that is causing issues and the steps to recreate, in case that the above did not work?

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

    Here is the link:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/42678606523157

I did what you said and still the speadsheet updates just fine, but the PDF does not, it just sends another copy of the original form.

    It's on this site: http://lifelongtherapeutics.com

Only logged in therapists can view the form.  If you want to create a username I'll approve you and also share the google drive links with you.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I cloned your form and use Google drive integration but so far I could not replicate the issue on Google drive integration.

You can test submit this jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/42962604856463

Here is the shared google drive integration https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B7HMx2ARJqlrbEdZbDBnd0hKNGM&usp=sharing

As you can see the PDF file is created in the Google drive.

Can you please retry again the Google drive integration again on your jotform.

    Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.

Yes I've been able to accomplish this simple 1st test to see PDF created.

2nd test is to send AutoResponder to person filling out the form w/ {edit_link} to see if it when edited it creates a new or revised PDF. In my example it just sends another copy of the original PDF (not showing any new edits).

However, the Google Spreadsheets does get edited correctly.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

OK, I will notify our developers regarding this so that they can take a look and see why the edited PDF is not being sent to your Google Drive.

If they need to ask you any questions or if they find the reason why this happens and resolve it, they will do so through  this thread so I apologize for this inconvenience and please keep us posted if it starts working and we will keep you posted on the resolution of the issue.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
