    Emails not coming though

    Morning

     

    i noticed that none of my email submissions have come through to my mailbox this morning - but if i check on the site i see i have several new ones?

    Everything was working fine up until today?

    I see i have 86 submissions - so i need to upgrade asap - but i need my forms to work

    please help!

    PS - i have upgraded my account and still no mails coming though?

    Hi storm100,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please try a different email address as the destination email of your notifications? Perhaps a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail account. If it works using this email, the issue is most likely with your email service provider. You must contact your ISP or system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can investige on their end. They may need to add jotform.com domain to their white list.

    You may also find this link helpful: http://www.jotform.com/faq/#7. Make sure that the email notification is not being redirected to your junk or spam mail folder.

    Good Morning

     

    i tried to use my gmail account and it worked fine. the strange thing is that nothing has changed on our systems according to our high level support? Also it works totally fine if i forward the submission from this site to my mailbox?

    i see that the mails come though as name.surame@domain.com via sendgrid.me- would i need to add that to our whitelist? (although im sure thats not what the problem is as it worked fine up until Friday?)

     

    do you have any other ideas??

    Because of the DDoS attack on Friday we had to make some changes on our system and that might be the reason for the email problems. We will work on them this week so you should probably stick with gmail for now.
